As organizations begin to leverage the benefits of Diversity, they must continue to focus on creating an inclusive work culture. The awareness of stereotypes, bias, and other barriers is extremely important, but there is often an overlooked suspect hiding in organizations: the Microinequity. Microinequities are micro messages which we unintentionally send every day that undermine people’s contributions and capabilities in the workplace.
